Default 2005 Volvo S60R anti-skid warning

Hi guys I was wondering if I can get some Ideas where to start with anti skid error
This warning comes on if only if I pass 70 mph when I am driving and when I turn the car off they will go away how ever I do have parts for it from my parts car just wanted some ideas where should I start
I do have the vida dice just when it happens I don't have the tool with me or my laptop lol
Any information will help thanks guys

There are no codes stored on but when I reach 70mph it dose not come right way about 10 min drive than comes on and I feel the car is not right I just pull over and restart the car lol like my old cellphone
But after I restart the car there is no lights and there is no codes stored that's why I am going to get my laptop and the tool and when that comes on I am going to try scanning with my car Runin

It should store codes, even if the light isn't on.
