2006 Volvo S60 Position/Parking lights not working
Position/Parking/Running lights drivers side rear are not working. There is no power to the assembly connector. Was working fine for years and just quit. The fuses are good and tested with a voltmeter. (at least the ones identified by the manual) Wiring harness is undamaged and intact as original with no mods. I removed a working bulb assembly from the other side and tested it too and it still didn't work. I don't think there is a relay. I've researched and seen posts with this problem but without solution. anyone have this problem and a solution? Thanks!
Did you find a solution? I'm seeing the same thing on my 07' S60 except it's on the right side.
Does the yellow light on the FOB fail to turn on the parking lights too?

SOLVED!
We sent it to the dealer and they couldn't figure it out. Wanted to pull the drivers seat to trace the wiring. Not at $110hr.
I spent some time with the voltage tester and found no power to the bulb assembly connector on the left (drivers) but power to the right side. Both power wires come out of the R.E.M (rear electronics module) through the same connector and harness. (Gray wire and Gray w/white stripe wire) The power going into the REM comes directly off the battery which is 10 inches away. Had to be the REM. I threw a part at it as a last resort before just splicing into the right side power supply wire. (would have been super easy to do as this wire goes within a couple inches of the left side assembly.) I bought a used REM off ebay for $25. Literally took 5 minutes to swap and problem solved. I haven't taken apart the REM yet but I suspect a bad solder joint that you could probably resolder and fix it too.
