I just recieved a 6000K HID conversion kit for my S60 and when put everything together it the light did not come on. This kit did not come with a relay harness. Do I have to order one for the lights to work?

Please be more specific. What exactly came with the kit? HID bulbs and ballasts only, or was there a power supply harness with two power leads going to the HID's and a power through a relay back to earth and battery power?
