2014 S60 parking light

2014 S60 parking light
I'm stationed overseas and don't have a dealer nearby. How does one change the front parking light bulb? The owner's manual doesn't help much. Can I change it from underneath or must I disassemble the entire headlight housing?
Really appreciate the help. Also, what type of bulb is it?TIA

Starting at page 332 replacing bulb seems pretty clear.

2014 S60 parking light
my mistake. It's not a parking light. It's a long, skinny light below the headlights. I can't seem to find any info. Could it be a "position" light?
Manual does not help.
