Default 2014 Volvo S60 T5AWD - Oil Issues

Always had to add a quart or two sometimes three between oil changes every 7500 miles. Currently vehicle has 79k miles. Runs lik a dream. Always noted the oil on dipstick was dirty after an oil change. I have been noticing the oil cap having a "Milkshake" substance as of recent. In doing the research, it doesn't appear to be coolant leaking into the oil because I am not losing any coolant in the reserve. I added seafoam into the oil and putting about 275 miles on it. I am having the spark plugs, ignition coils and oil change completed this upcoming week. Just pulled the dipstick, the oil looks actually cleaner, no I'm not sure if the seafoam is working, I have been doing some research, if my mechanic says it is coolant getting into the oil, is it worth trying K seal in the coolant, per the research I have seen it appears to be legitimate. I have an extended warranty on the vehicle, so Im covered either way. Just looking for any thoughts. Thanks

milkshake oil can be caused by a head gasket or ring issue or just condensation (say you do a lot of very short drives and the car never fully warms up). The oil consumption can be a ring issue or perhaps a PCV issue. Has the PCV been looked at?

It was at the dealer about 2 years ago for the consumption. They told me rings were going typical for the vehicles. They checked pcv all was ok. The milkshake just recently started appearing
