2015 S60 foglight problem?

2015 S60 foglight problem?
Hello all,
I recently noticed that when I press the foglight button, the light comes on in my instrument cluster telling me that they're on, but there is no change in the lighting coming from the front of the car. To be honest, I never noticed anything or thought about it until I parked in front of a window where I could see the car's reflection. This is when I have the headlamp switch set to "Auto", or if I turn on the headlights manually. FWIW, I have the DRLs set to come on in the settings.
Do you think the fuse is blown, or is there some other problem?
