2016 S60 Transmission Issues
Hi, Everybody,
Just took ownership. The transmission at first balked between first and second. Dealer drained and refilled, flashed TCM. Definite improvement, so I went full flush and now it shifts wonderfully when under acceleration.
But when, for example, going up a hill and speed drops, it acts like it doesn't know what gear to be in, then does with a slight bump.\
I am wondering how long would it take for it to start shifting normally? Has anyone here changed valve body? What parts in the transmission could be damaged?
Thank you for any input.

Hello, Again,
I have been driving the car today. I started driving it in "sport" mode, and it seems that many of the upshift problems diappeared, and the overall ride of the car was much smoother. I will try again tomorrow, To me as a layman, I am seeing no burned or smelly fluid. I wonder if this is just a valve body issue.
I am taking it to several transmission shops this week. Naturally I do not want to get a new tranny. The car is eminently drveable now, GF loves the car. Anyone with similar problems?
Thank you.
