2016 V60 - ya want it
I'm about ready to give this car a quick drive into the pond. With 45,000 miles on the clock, it has now become more problematic than any of my Jaguars. On 1-1-2023 the blind spot warning buzzer wouldn't go off. Finally after a few stop car and start car it went away. If you've read my previous posts you'll see that this is just one of many other problems.
Yesterday we had to make an emergency run for my wife to the oncology urgent care facility. I told her we can't take the Volvo because the last time I drove it the volvo auto braking by city safety message came on and I felt something that seemed to be applying the brakes. Turned engine off and re-start removed the warning but on the 1.5-hour trip I didn't want this Volvo doing something that would stop our urgent visit.
Instead, we took our 2011 Honda CRV, the car that never, ever needs anything and has 300% more miles on it than the V60. Volvo has left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of our current medical situation, I need a car that I can trust and this V60 isn't it.
Errrrrr!!!!!!
