2017 V60 Folding Rear Headrests

We have a 2017 V60 and one of the electric folding rear headrests is stuck upright....all of a sudden it won't fold. Any ideas how to fix economically?

Thanks Steve. Tried them and verified them all except for disconnecting the battery. That's next. I'll reply if something is a fix....
