I’ve been trying to get google from being offline to online. My GPS was stuck too but the reset of holding down home button and defrost button seemed to have reset it. Still if shows I’m offline. I turned off Bluetooth and wifi a few times and turned it back on but still nothing. The screen is also stuck on one channel of xm radio even though it’s not tuned to that channel. I can only change channels from steering wheel for xm radio but the same station is stuck on screen even though it’s not tuned to that station. I’ve seen posts saying to turn modem off. Is that the same as turning off wifi and Bluetooth or do i need to do something else? Any suggestions or fixes are appreciated!

 

The modem is a unit inside the dash. If you just got this 2022, it would still be under warranty. I personally would take it to the dealer, get your loaner car and make it their problem. Just verify that it has no cost to you before so.
