2012 s60. Media, phone and am/fm radio won’t work. Tel button when pressed doesn’t do anything. Media button when pressed will show options, but none work when chosen/clicked on. Sirius radio works fine, my car info button works fine. Any thoughts? Help please.

 

Having the same issue. Tel and Media button won't respond. What was the solution in your situation? Already checked the fuses.

 

Change the battery. Fixed all the issues.

 

Maybe a stupid question, but which battery?

 

the main battery. The issue with mine was that the battery was dying….so it would power save and not run some things. Had no messages/lights on about it etc. didn’t realize until it died completely, changed battery and it was all back to normal.
