3G upgrade

Default 3G upgrade

I have been seeing people talking about their modem upgrade from 3G, coat and problems they had after the upgrade. I called 2 different colvo dealerships and they say volvo has not came out with a solution to the problem and they can't help me. Does anyone else know why or when volvo will fix this long anticipated issue?

Same issue only I'm out $400 in parts. I paid for the parts so the dealer would order them ... then the bulletin came out and they said they couldn't install them. So they've had my $400 worth of parts sitting there for 1 month now. I reached out to the dealer and customer service and no fix nor do they know when they will have one. Beyond frustrating.

Do you live in the United States? I'm in Oklahoma and all dealerships in OK and AR say they don't know anything about upgrade

My 4G modem was installed before dealers were told not to do it. I paid $400 plus. It doesn't work and a second attempt at new software doesn't work. No real information from Volvo and really poor customer service

That sucks. I hope they're doing something extra to compensate you. I disputed my charge we're on month 2 of my payment with no parts or answers so thankfully I got my money back. I'd definitely prefer a solution though
