I had an issue with the climate control on my 07 S60. The driver side blend door was stuck on heat, so I replaced the motor and positioned it to cold. Now it still won’t actuate and it’s stuck on cold for the time being which is fine since it’s summer. But I’d like to fix the problem.

I’ve also tried replacing the climate control unit and it still doesn’t fix the issue.

I’m new to Volvos so any info is appreciated.

 

The new unit probably needs to be adapted/ calibrated. I would think this is a dealer job/ someone with volvo software. Wouldn't hurt to call up a local dealers service department and check with them.

I would put your old climate control unit back in too.
