Default About to lose my mind...

I have had a recurring problem with my 03 S60. If this car is not started up on a daily basis and sometimes even if you just wait til noon or so, the battery will be dead. I have had multiple batteries replaced, i have had the starter/alternator/battery checked multiple times (all test fine), i have had a mechanic check for a draw by pulling each individual fuse one by one. He still got a small draw with every fuse having been out and basically said (after he charged me about 300 bucks) that he didn't know what was wrong and had no idea what to do (seems like someone should have to accomplish something before getting paid?). Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I am at my wit's end on this deal. It got it's worst last november and i needed to jumpstart the car every time i started it (usually 3-4 times a day). I had the alarm replaced which was going off at night (did not affect the situation at all) and then the battery replaced. Once the battery was replaced, as long as it was started every morning it would be ok, but if i let it sit two consecutive nights it will be dead. Same situation I'm in now and it seems to be progressing again. Someone please help.
