Adding A/C Refrigerant on P3 Volvo - locating low pressure port
Hello all,
It's another balmy summer and it seems that I may need to check the A/C refrigerant level on my 2012 Volvo S60 T6. I see what I *think* is the high pressure port (thicker A/C line) is clearly marked and sticks out rather obviously on the left side of the engine bay (marked with the 6nm torque rating?), which makes me think that Volvo would prefer one to use the high pressure port.
On previous Volvos (P2) it was easy to refill utilizing the low-pressure port, but it looks like here the low pressure port is obstructed by some kind of sensor (near the high pressure port)? Or am I looking in the wrong place entirely? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
