Default Aftermarket parts HELP

I am having trouble finding any after market parts made specifically for my 2004 Volvo S60 2.5T FWD.
I'm looking for, but not limited to:
-Cold air intake
-Lowering/ sport springs or coilovers
-Halo / or LED headlights/ tail lights
-Turbo blow off valve
-Performance chip
-Exhaust/ muffler
And that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
Preferably stuff that's not TOO expensive like the EVOLVE products.

I appreciate any help that you can provide!

Be sure to check out the VolvoForums Resources Thread sticky. I haven't seen any makers of Halo/LED tail lights yet, but everything else on the list is available.

Okay i'll go down and say what i think of this.

1. CAI, i made my own, then didn't like it so put stock back on.
2. go full spring/shock or coilovers.
3. I think non stock halo's look extremely ricey.
4. For a chip you can go to RICA, iPD.
5. BOV's are stupid, you have a recirc valve anyway.
6. Exhaust/Muffler. do it custom and it will cost 50% less if you have a good shop. If you feel like spending 600-800 for a name brand i am pretty sure Eurosporttuning.com has one.
7. Almost all of these could be found if you had read the FAQ or resource page.
