I've got an air leak in the front passenger side footwell. I've got the glove box and lower tim removed and can't find the leak. When the recirc is on, the leak is greater than when the recirc is off allowing fresh air. Anyone else experience this?

The air is coming from the top of the duct work vice the cabin filter access cover. I'm wondering I'd the seal between the fresh air cowling and the fresh air duct is compromised. Thoughts anyone?
