Default Another Oil Leak

Any idea about this oil leak? It seems to be a pretty good one this time. This picture is looking down towards the bottom of the belt, just above the axle...I think.(I hope this picture loads) Our '01 has abouto 103K on it. I'm going to try to get in it Tuesday, but was wondering if anyone has any input. Thanks for your help...this board is awesome!

Looks like it might be the Cam seals leaking.
If you can remove the top cover of the timing belt 2 T-30 screws.
See if it is wet under the cover.

Yes, there does appear to be fresh oil residue under the timing belt cover. Any ideas on how big a job it is to get the cam seals done if that is what it is? I always like to have an idea of what I'm in for beforeI take it in! Thanks again for your help!

The cam seals are a pain.
The car has VVT (Varible Valve Timing)
If that seal is leaking there is an entire way you need to go through to set it all back up.

If the timing belt is wet with oil that should be done as well.
I would say hopefully max 5 hours labor.

Ok, Ok...here is the final verdict: Bad cam seal (good call tech) and bad crank case seal. I'm out about 200 bucks this time around. It's good to have a decent independant mechanic.
