hello everybody, i'm a rookie for volvo w/ a 01' s60 2.4t.
looking for a personal mechanist to work on my car since it's really hard to find a nice shop in buffalo, ny area to work on a volvo.
i tried some local garage they either suck or with dam poor interpersonal skills which made me never wanted to step in again
so i turned to look for some certified private or personal mechanist.
any suggestion (even for local garage) will be appreciated

 

Reviving this dead post with the same question. Absolutely don't trust the dealer (didn't replace all the screws in the splash shield, took forever for them to diagnose a coolant leak that I told them where it was when I dropped it off, and they installed the cabin air filter backwards). I have a '15 V60 CC that is consuming oil all of a sudden and the dealership can't even get it in for a month. My local guy doesn't want to touch it at this time either. Willing to go over to ROC if the shop is good.
