I got the Apexcone 50w 5000k HID kit installed this afternoon (and in to the evening) The most difficult part was installing the ballasts. I found a great spot for them near the hood release (sandwiched between the radiator and the top plate that spans the front of the engine compartment. I will post some pictures soon.)

My problem is that the new lights point WAY up. In fact they are "higher" than my high beams. I cannot even fathom driving down the freeway like this.

While installing these I did not remove the headlamp assembly and I do not believe I bumped any kind of adjustment setting - but it is possible. My question is - could U have installed the bulbs incorrectly? or do I just need to adjust the headlamps? If the headlamps need adjustment - how do I do that?
