Automatic headlights

Hello all
I have recently recieved a Volvo S60 2.0T Automatic as a company car.
I love the car in every respect, except the automatic headlights are driving me nuts.
I would like to disconnect this feature and would be grateful if anybody could tell me if it is as easy as removing a fuse.
The problem with them being on all the time, even when the switch is off, is the extra attention I am attracting to myself.
It seems that since getting the car I have been caught twice for speeding, by mobile police units with speed guns. Although I am not travelling too much over (33mph in a 30) the limit the headlights seem to make me stand out.
Could anybody please help
Cheers 3pin

Hi: Went to two different Volvo dealers in the San Jose CA area and was told by both that they couldn't "flash" the memory to turn off the Automatic Headlights feature because it's a safety feature and Volvo won't allow them to do it. Does anyone know whether this is a "copout" or is there an actual directive from Volvo to do the flashing. If someone has got it done already, I would certainly appreciate finding out where as I do want to get it done.
Thanks in advance for any replies
