I'm getting a message telling me my "Parking Assist is Temporarily Unavailable". Something very similar to this. This is on my 2020 S60T6. I called my local dealership and was told this is due to a battery that needs replaced and it would cost $300.

Surely replacing a battery is something not too difficult to perform, or is it? Can a chubby, old, retired, sleepy, worn-out guy do it or does it actually require the dealership to perform?

 

I get the same message when the car is dirty, or has snow stuck to the outside. Perhaps an obvious question, but have you made sure all the sensors are clean?
