Default Body issue

Hi, I just recently purchased my favorite car so far: 2005 Volvo S60. It's in great condition. But the other day I noticed that a part of an exterior panel has pulled away from the car. Here's a picture:

It's in front of the front passenger tire. Make sense?

Anyway, I have no idea how this happened (ok I have one possible explanation), but it looks like I could maybe snap it back together?

Can I?

Take a dozen doughnuts to any good body shop and ask them.
They can adjust or put in a new connector in a minute.

(If this isn't a result of damage)

Look inside the wheel well. There's a t25 torx screw that you loosen. The edge of the fascia hooks on the clamp then you tighten the screw. Don't take the screw out all the way

I don't like to share my donuts.
