Brake bleeding S60R

Going to be changing brake fluid and rear linnings. My question is should I use the Motive power bleeder or vacuum bleeder?
If the power bleeder how much pressure?
What does Volvo recommend?

At the dealer we used to use both. I liked the power bleeder better.
I used to use about 40 PSI or so.
