My carpet has developed a hole, not from simple wear but seems to have broken or ripped from the mat studs. This exposes nasty insulation material. The carpet itself seems like brittle biscuity stuff, not the normal flexible material you would think of as carpet. Can I replace it, will it cost me a fortune? Any comments?
