A/C heater fan quit. Fuse is good Any suggestions?

2001 S60 A/C and heater fan quit working. The fuses is ok. Any suggestions? The compressor does kick on and the green light does come on when you hit the a/c switch. Fan frozen?
Update 5-18 took the car into the mechanic and he said it could be 2 things. The resistor or the fan motor. The resistor is located behind the glove box.
The fan motor is behind that. Well he calls me and says resistor is bad. $288 to fix but he says if it were him he would also replace the fan because there is a reason the resistor failed. Most likely because of the fan. Well I sucked it up and the total bill? $798 OUCH. But... It is better than having a car payment.
