Default A/C why does it turn off when stopped at a stoplight?

I have a 2019 S60 and I really want to know if there is a way to keep the air conditioning blowing when the car is stopped at a traffic signal. I read that it automatically turns off when stopped if the outside temperature is at 80 or something. But, if a car has been parked in the sun for many hours, even though the outside temperature may be 75, the inside of the car is well over 100. So when I’m driving, if I come to a traffic signal, the air conditioning turns off until the car starts moving again.
