I have a 02 S60 2.4t and sometimes accelerating it hesitates to do so and when taking off. Anyone have this issue? I'm not sure what it is and wondering if it just needs a tune up.

 

It could be any number of things. ETM would be one culprit.
Have a mechanic look it over for you to get an estimate.

 

Thanks lx302. It's in the shop now. Turns out its the tranny. Took it to Volvo and they did a software update and that helped some and they also gave me a new (free) fuel pump since there was a recall on it. But the shop that has it is reasonable with the costs of tranny repairs.
