Car hesitates when accelerating

I take it you have not seen any codes in the diagnostics. Do you notice it changing with weather? if your spark plug wires are shot they will arc when moist but work fine when dry (I've even seen the arc by idling in a dark garage.).. If you haven't done a full tune up - time for plugs/wires/rotor/cap to start with. Sometimes coils can go weak as well and don't put out enough spark for full throttle. I wouldn't think fuel if its intermittent but you may also want to test your temp sensor if the ignition tune up doesn't fix it.

Did you try cleaning the contact to the throttle position sensor and measuring resistance for various throttle positions? Its a black box on the bottom of the throttle body... I've also seen other posts where a bad fuel pump relay or a bad injector relay can get the car to throw that code during a no start... not sure if that's true but it should be easy to check if you can get a used relay to throw in - I learned to keep a spare when I had an old Audi Quattro for just this reason!) Worst case is it may be the ECU (rare) or a wiring problem.

Easiest and cheapest things would be ignition components (plugs, plug wires, rotor, and cap) if they are old, if not then I would check the vacuum lines to make sure one hasn't pop off or if any are just old and deteriorated.
These can cause hesitation and stalling or a no start condition.
Update; Ha Ha, just missed some of what you said also about the throttle code. Check out Rspi's video on that code
