I've got an 04 S60 and popped off the grill cover to the center speaker and noticed that their isn't one in there! Can I just put an aftermarket speaker in there and use the wiring that I see that's tacked up to the mount, or do I have to approach this a different way?

 

Possibly. The wire may be there but you must have a radio like the 803 and I'm sure there are some others that have the center speaker output.

 

That area was for the DVD Navigation System. I guess you could put a speaker in there however.

 

can someone post a pic of the nav system in place of that speaker grill?
