So I just got done installing my 2 1/2in charge pipes, with a bov on my car looks real good best 200 bucks ive spent thus far!!!!

 

Bov not a great idea in these car. The car has a Compressor bypass valve that re-circulates the extra boost. With a BOV the extra is let go in to the Air.Now when the car calls for the extra boost pressure there is none. I use a Hiflow intake gives the same sound with out the negative impact on performance.This is just my thoughts form what i have read on the subject.

 

Im actually very impressed I did my research and decided to go ahead and do it! I dont notice any turbo lag I got a substantial mpg increase though. Now im looking for a exhaust system and 3in dp

 

for a 3inch down pipe OBX can not be beat. They are catless so if you want a cat one can be welded in but take a look at this thread with 100s of guys using it. Swedespeed Forums - Cheap OBX Exhaust
They also have an exhaust but it has a 2000rpm drone so if i were to do it again i would go with a custom look over at swedespeed.com you can find a few guys that have builtd great setups for 1/2 if not more than the Box set up from company's like EuroSportTuning,Viva performance cost. They are good setups but cost $700+

 

Thats what im seeing when I look around. Im contacting kteller piping and see if they can make me a kit. Can I up the boost any with a aftermarket controller? if so how much?

 

A vacuum tube that runs on a fuel injection system that directs air air pump to the input (bypass valve, BPV) or the atmosphere (exhaust valve, BOV) for the slowdown in high vacuum eliminate detonation.

 

The answer is no. The only way to up the boost and HP is threw an ECU tune $895.But well worth it.
