Maybe you sometimes get moisture on your clutch or have a small oil leakage from the seal and the clutch slips before its burnt away?

Have you tried the condition of your clutch by driving on 5th gear at a constant speed and then fast hit the clutch pedal and release it directly while you still hold the accelerator pedal down?
The engine rpm should drop directly when you release the clutch pedal otherwise you have a worn clutch.

Does the clutch slip appear after the car have not been used for a long time or during the first 5-10min of driving?
How many miles have the car been used?
