I recently got a Volvo S60 200,000miles has some engine codes for misfires figures I could change the plugs and coils and it would be good with everything changed out it won’t start it will only crank I checked the fuel rail valve and it has fuel I have a sinking suspicion the engine is dead had codes for cam shaft sensor, oxygen sensor, all coils not sure if there is something else I should try to get it started again

Did it start/run before replacing the plugs and coils? The engine cannot run without a signal from the camshaft sensor. Without that it has no idea when to inject fuel and fire sparkplug. I would check the cam position sensor, make sure you have good connection and if it still doesn't start, replace the cam sensor.
It should start and run with a bad O2 sensor, albeit poorly. It will run rich to be safe, but that will ruin the cat over time. If you get it running I would recommend replacing O2 sensors as codes indicate.
