I have to say that I am pretty impressed, I sent my DIM out to XeMODex to be repaired and i have to say they are great, I sent it out Wednesday, they received, repaired and shipped it all back to me on Thursday. I received friday morning and had it installed back into the car in an instant.....for the shipping and the repair, it cost only $515.00. They reprogram the unit so there is no need to take car to the dealership for programming.....it truley is plug and play, also the DIM unit now has a limited lifetime warranty should something go wrong they will repair it. So for all of you out there wasting their time trying to find one at the junkyard.....send yours to this company!
