Default dipsticktube to block connection leak

I have a leak between block and dipstick tube. How does the tube connect to the block and how do i stop the leak? I had the intake manifold off when put back together I have this leak. Does it just pull out after removing intake mount bolt?
edit found out that it "just" pulls out. When I say just pulls out I mean you must exert an enormous amount of force(thought the car might lift off the ground!)lol
