Doing s60 2.5t engine swap need info

I am swapping a 04 2.5t with a 07 2.5t on my awd s60. Do I have to drop the whole subframe and do the swap outside or do i use a cherry picker and take it out from the top?? Any help please and thank you

You can use a cherry picker. I recently did a 2.5t swap also. It's a little tight getting it out but as long as you have the ac pump off and the brake booster loose it should be pretty easy.
