Door Mirror Glass replacement
I have read a number of threads and posts here about replacing a driver's door mirror glass on a 2005 S60 2.0. I managed eventually to get the old glass out by pulling the outside edge outwards and upwards but for the life of me I cannot get the replacement glass (which seems identical) to click back in. I have used the little white sleeves to slip into the supplied slots as guides. I then try to slip the backing disc to the left. It seems to go in but not firmly and as soon as I try to realign the glass with the door toggle the glass comes loose. Can anyone help?

I think there is a trick to making sure the glass embeds to the motor assembly.
Hopefully another member can comment.
I just replaced my glass in the drivers side and noticed the mirror shakes when hitting bumps in the road, so I may not have it in all the way.
