The dreaded P0442, not the J-hose?
So I was replacing my struts/shocks/springs finally and was looking at the J-hose to replace it because I have a p0442 code but the hose wasn't cracked. In fact, it wasn't even a rubber hose like I've seen everywhere, it was a plastic tube. So here's my question, are there any other common spots that cause this code other than the J-hose? I'd really like to not go on a wild goose chase for evap leaks.
Oh, and the gas cap is almost brand new.

So I erased the code with a scanner and now it says to check my fuel cap(in the information screen in the instrument panel). I think I'm going to have my cap tested at a smog shop. I'll report back my findings.
