Egr valve
Hi,
Yesterday i dropped my car to a volvo dealer, for a small service and some checks! When the car was ready to pick up they messaged me so i went there, when i started the engine the check engine Light was on and the engine was just stoping! I asked them and they sayd that they need to change the Egr valve (about 900 pounds) when i dropped the car to them, there was no Light on the dashboard, and the car was working fine! Now i am thinking how they even moved the car from the garage to the parking place, without even notice that something is not right! Now they want me to pay the 900 pound for the Egr valve! Is it even possible after a oil and filter change for the Egr valve to get damaged just like that? Please advise
