Default Electrical problem

Yesterday I got off work, and remembered I had put the light switch to the middle to shut off the lights while sitting in the parking lot before work. Needless to say, the battery was dead, and I had to get a jump start. Well, now my passenger door has absolutely no power. Also the ambient temperature reads - - F and so does the clock. I checked all the fuses in the engine compartment and the passenger compartment, and they all look ok. Any ideas?
