Default A Few Questions about my 03 S60

1) When I purchased the car used last Sept. it only came with one key and FOB. What can I expect to pay to get a spare key made? Cheaper to buy off eBay?

2) What is the standard touch up paint color for a white 03? I have a few nicks in the back bumper that I want to touch up and I can't find the paint code anywhere on the car.

3) Lastly and most importantly, when I bought the car it had 93k on it and the dealer said that the timing belt had been replaced by the previous owner. How could I check to know that it has been done? I'm at 101k now and want to know if I need to do it myself sooner rather than later.

Thanks I advance for your help!!

key/fob's off eBay won't work. You need the dealer to cut you one and program it to the car for about $250+

Look at the cover of the t-belt in the engine bay for a white sticker with the mileage and date the change. If there is no sticker, have the dealer make you a copy of the t-belt job and keep it for your records.

I read somewhere that you can buy the keys off eBay and just have them reprogrammed by the dealer and it is much cheaper. I've found used Volvo keys for pretty cheap and then I'd only have to pay for reprogramming.

don't be stubborn.

it won't work, the dealer won't reprogram used key fobs. give them a call and find out for yourself.

What about the key FOBs?? Not the actual key, but the keyless entry FOB. I guess I would assume it's the same story.
