Got a 04 s60 low miles 86k. drove the car 2 days ago then parked it. Today the parking lights were flashing very dim and the battery is dead. the battery is only a year old why would it go dead in 2days I dont get it.anyone????

 

Your alarm siren module might be bad. The backup battery leaks and damages the electronics inside. Test the siren module by rolling the drivers window down, lock car, wait a few seconds, pretend to break drivers window and pull up lock stick and open door. Does the alarm sound and lights flash? Or just flashing lights?
