Hello Volvo Forumites,

Newbie here.

I want to buy a 2003-2004 S60. Love the drive, have driven several.

My favorite one drives well, looks OK. The flat black surface on the top of the rear bumper -- not sure what to call it -- is all chipped away. Otherwise the car looks pretty good.

Will I be able to fix this? I've read about Back to Black and other things on this forum, but never was sure if people were referring to this specific flat black surface that's only on the top of the bumpers.

Anybody know the answer? Maybe I'll take a photo and post it if I'm not being clear.
