Adjusting headlight

Adjusting headlight
DH replaced my headlight and did the best he could to adjust it but it is still pointing towards 1 o'clock. He says he adjusted it down as far as he could figure out how to do it.
How do we bring it down more and center it?

thanks for that help..i have the same prob,,and the link is very helpful..it even includes instructions for repairing Headlight Switch..
