Default Front Brake Rotors OEM or Aftermarket?

2001 S60 2.4T 63,000 well care for miles.
Replacing front pad and rotors. Bought OEM pads and silicone grease Volvo #8634921 about $50 no problem.
Went to buy rotors from Dealer part# 9461337 smaller diameter ones at they want $120 each....ouch!!
Been researching OEM and Aftermarket rotors and discussions via forums and websites, but no answers found.

I'm asking advice on whether I should stick with OEM Rotors or buy cheaper Aftermarket Brembo, Zimmermann or Napa?
Napa offers lifetime warranty with the same thickness and run-out stamped on the rotor for about $65 each.

I can see using OEM Volvo brake pads, but aren't all steel rotors created the same?
I want to be sure so I dont affect the best braking action i have ever encountered on a production car.

also read your advice Tech on changing those items and about resetting the ABS by slamming on the brakes.....thanks,
searching these forums sure helps.

We use either the Brembo or the Zimerman at work. The brakes still feel the same as OEM. We use the OEM pads as well.

NAPA has a premium rotor that is nice. They have two levels to sell and the premium one is receiving good reviews.

For what its worth, Brembo is what Volvo uses on the S60 R.

thanks everyone for your advice.
I'm going with the Napa premium rotors to save an extra $45 on shipping versus the Brembo or Zimmerman.
I will check them out with my caliper mic and compare them to the OEM at dealer when they arrive.

I'd recommend getting Brembo. I got mine shipped for free at Car-stuff.com.

Cant beat Brembo's quality, but Stoptech andAP Racing are Really good brands also.
I use Brembo Rotors and PBR pads.
