Question front suspension help

I got went to my mechanic today to see what the knocking was in my car and he said my spring seats and sway bar links had gone bad. I would like to try to fix these on my own to save some money. Does anyone know a good place to get volvo parts and about how much these parts would cost thanks

Default

fcpgroton.com (free shipping when you spend enough, plus 10% off code)
ipdusa.com (offers HD upgraded parts which are very popular)
rockauto.com (cheap parts, lots to choose from, 5% off code)

Expect to pay $30(cheap) - $50(better than OEM) for spring seats each.
Expect to pay $20(cheap) - $60(better than OEM) for sway bar links each.
