Default Front wheel noise s60T5

I have a 2002 S60 T5 with 80K. For about the last month, when I proceed from a stop, my front wheels make a loud squeeking/humming noise that progressively gets louder for about 5-10 revolutions, then goes away. If I step on the brake, it immediately stops. When I take my foot off, it will do it in rhythm with my tired turning then fades away. I had a brake inspection done and I am at 65% brake pads on the front and 75% on the rear. The mechanic says there is nothing wrong, and cant explain the noise. He said my calipers may not be pulling away fast enough, but said my whole brake system was fine. Any ideas? When my brakes are cool, no problem. Its only after I warm them up with a few stop signs.

Any ideas?
