I replaced the fuel filter on an S60 T it has 45,000 miles.

The check engine light came on after starting.

I drove the car about 250 miles and the light went off after I re started.

I assume this was a low pressure fuel light.

Any ideas? Just wanted to make sure it was not the start of another problem.

 

Assume nothing. You do know that places like Auto Zone will read check engine codes for free, right? They may even (I have never tried, but know some readers have the capability) be able to read "stored" codes that are not currently active.
