I started having problems when the car would turn off and the code p0089 came out from the check engine light, I have already replaced the fuel pump, the fuel pressure regulator, the PEM module and still my s60 (2006 2.5T) loses power when Accelerating, it turns off, this seems to happen more often when the fuel tank is empty, and the car starts smelling like gas, when this happens

please help, don’t know what to do next, I really wanna get this fixed

 

There have been posters with similar problems - that is fuel pressure problems/codes after replacing a bunch of stuff. Bad new fuel pump and contamination in the gas tank were found to be the source of the real problem.
