Exclamation Grinding noise on my Volvo s60 2001 Turbo

Hi All,
Hope everyone is having a good day

I have a whistling noise from the Serpentine belt area that is very loud.I changed my tensioner today and even fitted in a new Serpentine Belt and the noise didn't go away.

Any suggestions, please?

Probably your alternator that starts to go bad, But also check the powersteering fluid level.
If you have not replaced the oetiker clamp on the hose under the reservoir you will have a leakage there.
The powersteering oil reservoir can also be broken, open the cap and check that the oil return tube inside the reservoir
have not become broken off and is on the bottom of the reservoir and prevent oil to come to the powersteering pump.
